SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Mondays.

ORDER CUT OF TIME: 5.00 PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY USA TIME 

ALL ORDERS SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE IN THE USA

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

Shipping Time and Costs:

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you do not receive this email. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline + or emailing info@noireAtelier

Note: Orders can only be Cancelled within the first 24 hours.

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender Noire Atelier at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the order's total to be refunded.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” and then contact us on the day of delivery.

We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
